Refund Policy: CleanLino reserves the right to decline returns if our policy is not followed.
- We do not accept returns for items on sale. Items on sale are final sale.
- Products must be in new condition and in original packaging.
- You have 3 days from the day of arrival to request a refund and ship the items back to us.
- If 3 days have gone by since product arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs
- Any items that are not in new and original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

- We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products that are defective or damaged during shipping.
- Email support@cleanlino.com with a video of your damaged item to begin a warranty ticket.
- Video/images are required.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled until they have been sent to processing.
- If your order has been sent to processing, you will have to receive the item first and request a return.
